St. Louis Pedestrian Struck by 2 Vehicles Remains in Critical Condition

The 50-year-old man that was struck by two vehicles in downtown St. Louis remains in critical condition, according to the St. Louis Post Dispatch. He attempted to cross Broadway around 2:30 a.m. when he was hit by a black Mercedes and then a maroon vehicle. Witnesses claim the Mercedes was speeding, and both vehicles fled from the accident scene. St. Louis Police are investigating the accident that occurred in an area where a dozen fatal pedestrian accidents have taken place this year.

The hit and run accident has left the man with serious injuries that are causing him to fight for his life at St. Louis University Hospital. Family and friends have set up a website to raise funds to help with any medical bills and lost wages. The most effective way to recover compensation for medical bills and lost wages is to contact a St. Louis pedestrian accident attorney.
