West Elm is recalling their industrial task table lamp due to a shock hazard. The popular company reported that the adjustable joint can cut or fray the electrical wire that runs throughout the lamp and can cause the possible shock hazard. This recall affects around 43,000 lamps. The lamps are sold in various colors and are around 33 inches tall and around 7 inches at the base. West Elm reports that consumers should stop using the recalled lamps and return them to stores for a full refund. There have been 24 reports of the lamps shorting, getting hot and sparking.
