Thousands are affected each year by defective products and this puts consumers at risk for serious injuries. Companies are responsible for designing, manufacturing, and selling products that are reliable and safe for consumers. However, consumers must do their part too. Always contact a company if you notice that their product has a defect. This will help the company alert other consumers of potential danger if they know of the problem.
