Single Vehicle Accident Kills One, Injures Another

A vehicle accident occurred in Southeast Columbus recently. The road crash took place when a Chevy Impala veered off of the roadway. The driver then tried to correct his vehicle, but when doing so, he traveled over the southbound lanes of the road and struck a concrete pillar. The driver of the vehicle passed away at the scene of the accident, while the passenger is in critical condition. An investigation is being conducted to determine a cause.
