Missouri Car Crash Kills Elderly Woman

As an elderly couple from New Mexico were traveling through Missouri they were involved in a single-vehicle auto accident that claimed the life of the woman. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that the accident happened on Sunday when a 78-year-old man was driving a vehicle on Highway 63 in Howell County and the driver ran off the side of the road. As the vehicle veered off the roadway, it struck a driveway and caused the vehicle to overturn near West Plains. Tragically, the vehicle’s passenger, a 78-year-old woman, was killed in the accident and the driver was injured.
