Two Victims, Including A Child Killed In Indiana Crash

A tragic three-vehicle accident in Decatur County, Indiana, leaves two people dead over the weekend. According to the Indiana State Police, the three-vehicle crash involved a white Toyota pickup, a Jeep Wrangler, and 2004 Trailblazer. The accident occurred just 90 miles north of Louisville on County Road 300 North in Greensburg at 10:15 p.m. Authorities report the green Jeep Wrangler crashed into a maroon 2004 Trailblazer pulling a U-Haul Trailer. The crash caused the Jeep to lose control, veering into the path of white 2005 Toyota pickup truck. The 35-year-old female passenger in the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the crash. A 5-year-old passenger in the Jeep was transported to Riley Hospital, where he was declared dead. Police report an adult and three other children were injured and taken to area hospitals. Investigators conclude the passengers in the Jeep and in the Toyota were not wearing seat belts. At this time, no alcohol or drugs are suspected. This crash is still under police investigation.
