Traffic accidents occur in various forms, have a range of factors, and vary in results. There are auto accidents that occur in the form of a single-vehicle crash, truck accident, motorcycle accident, SUV rollovers, and ATV accidents, as well as several other forms. While the results may be minor or severe, the majority of all traffic accidents are caused by negligence, typically reckless driving. Driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, speeding, fatigued driving, and distracted driving are all ways that a driver operates a vehicle irresponsibly resulting in accidents that injure and kill individuals. Negligent drivers disobey traffic laws that have been established to maintain safe roadways, and they will likely face criminal consequences.
