A Bridgeton woman was killed, and three others were injured in an auto crash over the weekend. According to police, the accident occurred at the intersection of Hall and Prairie near the North Riverfront just after midnight on Saturday. The 25-year-old woman was traveling northbound when at a stop, she suddenly tried to make a U-turn and collided with another northbound vehicle. The woman was struck at a high rate of speed, and she was killed instantly, according to police. There were three passengers in the other vehicle including the driver, and all were transported to the hospital. Authorities report their injuries are serious, but all are in stable condition. Police will continue investigating the deadly crash.
