Semi Crashes Into Concrete Wall on Highway in WI

In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a driver is lucky to be alive following a single truck semi crash that happened Tuesday during rush hour traffic. In addition, the semi truck crash happened on Interstate 43/94 when the driver of the tractor-trailer missed the Plainfield Curve, and crashed straight into the wall.

Nearby residents heard a loud boom, and realized the semi ran through the concrete wall. Luckily the wall stopped the semi from crashing into a concrete barrier which was just a few feet below the accident site. No other vehicles were involved in the semi truck crash. The driver of the semi was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the semi accident is under investigation.
