Actress Tori Spelling Sues Famous Restaurant Following Injury

Tori Spelling is well known to television and movies, but now he is becoming recognizable for a pending lawsuit against a popular restaurant. Furthermore, Spelling has filed a lawsuit against Benihana restaurants due to an unfortunate dining experience which left her badly injured. In addition, 42-year-old, Spelling filed the lawsuit against the Japanese hibachi restaurant chain after she slipped and fell on a hot grill. As a result, Spelling badly burned the back of her right arm.

According to the lawsuit documents, Spelling sustained deep second and third degree burns which required a hospitalization as well as surgery. Now Spelling is suing for general damage, lost wages, as well as hospital expenses. Spelling is also alleging she has to have multiple skin grafts to replace the damaged skin to her arm which is covered with bandages and sleeves. Overall, Spelling is seeking over $25,000 in damages.
