Peoria Driver Charged in DUI Accident


A single-vehicle car accident has now led to a Peoria, Illinois man being charged with driving under the influence. Records at the Tazewell County Courthouse indicate that 45-year-old Stephen King was operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol and marijuana when he crashed his vehicle that killed his passenger.
