An auto accident involving three vehicles sent two individuals to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. The accident occurred on Thursday evening in Illinois City, Illinois, approximately 4 1/2 hours north of St. Louis. According to authorities, 48-year-old Kenneth Stulz was operating a vehicle on 175th St. when he crossed the centerline into oncoming traffic.
