Managers of properties, homeowners, and business owners have the responsibility to maintain their facilities to provide a safe environment for patrons or guests. Slippery floors, poor lighting, and lack of maintenance on buildings are all examples of conditions that can lead to an injury accident. When injured on a company's' or individual's property, they can be held responsible by filing a premises liability claim. If you have suffered an injury due to a property owner's negligence, contacting an accident attorney is imperative in order to hold the responsible parties accountable.
