Drunken Secret Service Agents Hit Barrier At White House

|

White House Secret Service misconduct is now under investigation with the Department of Homeland Security. Likewise, two senior level agents, which included a top member of the President Obama's detail, hit a White House barricade with a government vehicle Wednesday night. The incident happened after a party for a retiring spokesman, and it is presumed the agents had been drinking.

Although law enforcement wanted to arrest the two agents, they were sent home after a supervisor on duty overruled the officers. Currently the two agents have been reassigned to new roles, and new assignments within the Secret Service. President Obama is aware of the alleged incident, and there will be a full investigation into the allegations.
