Water Bottling Company Recalls 14 Brands Due to E. Coli Scare

It seems with all the food recalls lately, now consumers have also to worry about their bottled water. Furthermore, Niagara water bottling company is voluntarily recalling 14 different brands due to potential e Coli contamination. In addition, Niagara Bottling is now urging consumers to either boil their water or to not consume it due to fear of e Coli contamination. Thus far the company can not say whether the water may be contaminated with human or animal wastes, but is not taking any chances therefore prompting the recall.

The recalled consumer products are sold under the following brands:

• Acadia

• Acme

• Big Y

• Best Yet

• 7-11

• Niagara

• Nature’s Place

• Pricerite

• Superchill

• Morning Fresh

• Shaw’s

• Shoprite

• Western Beef Blue

• Wegman’s

Likewise, the water was produced at the Hamburg and Allentown, Pennsylvania facilities between June 10-June 18.
