Tragically a young boy has died after he was fatally stuck by a vehicle. Furthermore, the pedestrian accident happened just after the July 4th holiday weekend, and the boy has since died from his injuries. The boy who was killed was 11-year-old, Roy Caesar of St. Louis, Missouri. Sadly, although Caesar survuved for a few days following the pedestrian accident, he later died the evening of July 10th.

The fatal pedestrian accident happened when a car that was heading north on Kingshighway around 2 pm hit Caesar. According to the driver’s account of the pedestrian accident, Caesar saw fireworks go off on the side of the road, and suddenly ran in front of her car. The unidentified 41-year-old driver of the car that struck Caesar stayed on the scene after the accident.
