Bloomington Man Settles Dog Bite Case for $15,500

In Bloomington, Illinois one man is happy following a settlement on a dog bite accident that happened to him in 2011. Furthermore, a Bloomington police dog bit Michael King while he was on his back porch located at the 1000 block of West Olive Street.

Likewise, the dog named, Archie bit King on his legs and buttocks for unknown reasons. According to police, the officers and dog were involved in a foot chase when Archie bit King. In addition, King was not connected to the police activity at the time of the dog bite accident. King now has walked away with a $15,500 settlement after he sued the city due to his dog bite attack.
