On August 7th, the Police of Morrison County were called to scene for a car accident and tractor-trailer accident. The accident occurred at approximately 9:55 p.m. in the Bellevue Township.
The police officers believe that the driver of the tractor-trailer was backing into a driveway at the time of the accident when the driver of a Mitsubishi Eclipse struck the trailer. The driver of the Eclipse was pronounced dead at the scene while the tractor-trailer driver escaped without injuries.
