Three people injured after car crashes into Chicago home

Tuesday night in Libertyville, Illinois three people were injured after a vehicle crashed into the side of a home. Furthermore, the house that was damaged is located at the 400 block of Ridgewood Lane, and the accident happened when a driver cruising down Butterfield Road lost control of their vehicle. In addition, the car crashed into the back corner of the home where the master bedroom was located, and stopped in the middle of the residence.

Luckily the man and woman whom own the home were in other parts of the home when the accident happened and were unhurt. The driver and passengers of the car were injured, and were extracted from the vehicle. The injured people inside the vehicle included a man, woman, and child. Currently their conditions are unknown. Witnesses believe the car was traveling at excess speeds of 70-80 mph when it lost control before hitting the home. Please click here for more information.
