Fire Hazard Prompts Polaris Vehicle Recall

|

Polaris is recalling their RZR XP 4 Turbo Recreational Off-Highway vehicles due to possible fire hazards. Polaris reports that the fuel line in the vehicles can be improperly secured and can cause the fuel to leak. The recall affects around 560 vehicles. The vehicles are the 2018 models with seating for four. The front grill has “POLARIS” printed and VIN number is printed on the vehicle’s right rear frame. The company reported that they have received one complaint of fire which was due to a fuel line that was improperly installed. Polaris is urging consumers to stop using the recalled vehicles and contact a Polaris dealer to receive a free inspection and repair.
