Icy roads kill four in Pennsylvania

Icy roads are to blame for yet four more fatalities in Pennsylvania, which happened Sunday night. Furthermore, the National Weather Service warned the Philadelphia area Sunday of freezing rain and to be cautious on the roads. As a result, four people were killed in the inclement weather. The first killed was, 31-year-old, Eric Blau when he got out of his vehicle to help another stranded motorist.

The second was, 34-year-old, Pablo Pons when his vehicle flipped over on an icy road, and he was thrown from his vehicle and hit by another. Although immediate information is not known about the other two fatalities, the entire area saw at least 60 vehicles crashed on the icy roads, and about 30 were injured. The area was in lockdown for the remainder of the day until roads could unfreeze and become passable.
