Vehicle collides with semi

A man is lucky to be alive following a near fatal crash that occurred Sunday in Benton County, Arkansas when his vehicle collided with a semi. Furthermore, the accident happened on Arkansas 59 when Joseph Bennion was driving south and as he was crossing a bridge near Red Bird Lane, hit the tractor-trailer. Bennion crossed the centerline as he was approaching a curve when he struck the semi on the front end. Likewise, Bennion will be facing charges including:

  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Driving left of center
