Semi driver charged with drunk driving

An Arkansas man has been charged with driving while intoxicated following a potentially fatal accident Wednesday night. Furthermore, 59-year-old, Joseph Sample crashed his tractor-trailer through a fence, tree, and then ended up hitting a building. Sample was so intoxicated he had to be pried from his semi after the crash. Following the accident, there was extensive damage to not only the truck's gas tank, which spilled diesel fuel, but also the Southborough House of Pizza that he crashed into. Luckily no one was injured, and the tree had stopped the semi from doing further damage and crashing into the buildings next door.
