Pilot killed in Missouri plane crash

Sadly yet another small plane crash has taken the life of a pilot. The plane crash occurred Sunday morning just near the Boonville, Missouri airport. Charles Sonjka of Kansas, was the pilot, and was killed. Likewise, three others were passengers on board at the time of the accident. Tragically, just upon takeoff, the plane experienced difficulties and crashed moments later. The three passengers were Kathryn Taylor, Jacob Taylor, and Brenda Schewe all of Kansas, and were taken to a nearby hospital with injuries. All of the passenger's conditions are not known. Sonjka was a flight instructor at his company and worked in the aviation maintenance college in Salina, Kansas as well. Currently, the FAA is investigating the crash at this time.
