A 30 year-old man has filed a suit against a 7-Eleven and its employees for beating him, stripping him, and searching him. The incident occurred last fall. The man was in the 7-Eleve when an employee suspected that he stole a candy bar. Several employees attacked the plaintiff, stripped him of his clothes, and searched him. Another store patron caught the attack with her cell phone. The video depicts the victim pleading with store employees to stop because he didn't steal anything. 7-Eleven fired one of the employees involved in the attack.
