Popular Children's Potty Recalled
Posted By Meyerkord & Meyerkord, LLC
The Squatty Potty is
recalling a children’s toilet step stool due to a fall hazard for children.
The removable step, which is disguised as a hat, can detach when children
are standing on it. There have been two injuries of children falling,
one fell and hit her chin on the toilet causing her mouth to bleed and
the other fell and hit his head on the wall. These were sold online at
Squatty Potty and on Amazon.com for $50 from September 2017 through November
2017. The stool is shaped and looks like a gray hippopotamus with purple
or blue eyes. This recall affects around 2,400 step stools.
