A circus operator is facing charges after a tent collapsed a year ago and killed two people. The tent collapsed at the Lancaster Fairgrounds on August 3, 2015, and killed two people and injured fifty others. The two people who were killed in the accident was a Vermont father and his 6-year-old daughter. A storm blew through, causing the tent to topple over with over 100 people inside.
