|

On Friday evening, a woman was killed in a truck accident in St. Louis. According to authorities, at approximately 6:30 p.m. a 50-year-old woman was operating a Dodge Ram pickup truck when she rear-ended a vehicle near the intersection of Clara Avenue and Page Avenue. She fled the scene of the accident and was traveling at a high rate of speed on Clara Avenue northbound when she failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Martin Luther King Drive, lost control of the vehicle, and collided with a parked tractor-trailer. The woman was ejected from the pickup truck and pinned underneath it. Tragically, she was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
