Injuries and illnesses sustained on property owned by other parties could be grounds for a premises liability case. All managers and property owners are required to maintain a safe and healthy environment to prevent an accident from occurring. Unfortunately, the negligence of these parties results in thousands of injuries and illnesses every year. Slip and fall accidents, drownings, dog bites, and even food poisoning are all examples of accidents that can be caused by negligent property owners.
