St. Louis Man Endures Property Damage Due to Fallen Light Pole

|

A St. Louis man’s car has been damaged when a light pole crashed down upon it near Forest Park at the Branscome Apartments on Pershing Avenue. Now the owner of the car is left without a vehicle, and no one is offering to immediately help him. The light pole is reportedly owned by the apartment complex. The victim is now waiting for the insurance to step in and assist him. He is grateful that he was not in the car at the time of the accident, or he would have been seriously injured.

Did you know that if you suffer damages while on another person's property, premises liability laws hold the manager or owner of that property responsible for your injuries if the accident was caused by negligence? If you have suffered damages due to broken handrails or stairwells, slippery or wet floors, poor lighting conditions, poor layout or design of the property, or poor maintenance or repair of the property, you may be able to file a premises liability claim.
