Paul Walker's Daughter Receives $10M For Father's Car Crash

|

Meadow Walker, the daughter of deceased actor Paul Walker, has reached a settlement with the driver in the car accident that claimed the actor’s life. The settlement has just recently been made public and was actually reached back in 2014. The accident occurred in November of 2013 when Walker was traveling as a passenger in a Porsche. Speeding is believed to be the cause of that accident, although wrongful death and product liability suits have been filed against Porsche by the driver’s widow. Recently, it was ruled that Porsche bears no liability. The settlement award for Meadow’s suit is in the amount of $10.1 million.

Speeding is an example of reckless and negligent driving that can cause a deadly accident.
