Lawn Mower Accident is Fatal Work Accident

A man was killed in a work accident on Friday when he was involved in a workplace accident. The man was operating an industrial lawn mower at an apartment complex in Little Rock, Arkansas. According to authorities, the 32-year-old man was mowing an area of grass on a steep embankment when the mower overturned and landed on the worker. He landed in a creek and was trapped under the mower. The worker was employed with Land Design Inc. and three of his co-workers removed the lawn mower from his body. They were unsuccessful at administering CPR and authorities pronounced the man dead at the scene. The accident is being investigated.
