Motorcyclists are at risk of being seriously injured or killed in a motorcycle accident. Motorists traveling in a passenger vehicle are somewhat protected by the enclosure of the vehicle, unlike a motorcyclist. The smaller size of the motorcycle can create a lack of visibility to other motorists making it important for all drivers to devote their full attention to their surroundings and the roadways. While some motorcycle accidents are caused by the reckless actions of the driver, several accidents are caused by the negligence of other motorists. Consulting an experienced St. Louis motorcycle accident lawyer can assist in holding all negligent parties accountable.
