It is unknown if there have been any charges issued to the at-fault driver for the accident.

All auto accidents involving large commercial vehicles typically have serious results. Commercial trucks can weigh in excess of 80,000 pounds resulting in a tragic collision. A truck accident can leave individuals with serious injuries and cause death. Driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, distracted driving, fatigued driving, mechanical defects, and dangerous roadways are all examples of preventable truck accidents. Those injured in any auto accident will likely incur medical bills, lost income if missing work is required, and property damage.
