Fatal Car Accident Kills Two People

On Sunday evening, a multi-vehicle auto accident claimed the lives of two people in Milwaukee. At around 7:11 p.m., a Chevy Malibu operated by 24-year-old Kent Girmscheid, crossed the median line on Highway 16 and collided head-on with a Dodge Caravan driven by a 69-year-old man. A Chevy Blazer did not see the accident and struck the Dodge. Two individuals including Girmscheid, and the passenger in the Dodge were pronounced dead in the accident, and three others sustained injuries. The accident is under investigation.
