Single-Vehicle Accident Causes Injuries

|

A 25-year-old woman is seriously injured after a single-vehicle accident. The accident occurred Wednesday afternoon near Delta, Missouri. According to authorities, Brittni Wysocki was operating a 2003 Toyota Camry traveling southbound on Route P when she ran off the side of the road. The Camry overturned after it struck a culvert along the roadway and landed on its roof. An ambulance transported Wysocki to a hospital in Cape Girardeau.

It is not uncommon for individuals injured in single-vehicle auto accidents to assume that they do not have grounds for an auto accident claim. Single-vehicle accidents may be caused by several factors, and an individual should always contact a skilled St. Louis auto accident attorney for advice before making any assumptions. Dangerous roadways, design flaws, and mechanical defects could have played a part in causing the accident. Also, if you have been injured as a passenger in a single-vehicle accident, you may have grounds to file a case against the driver of the vehicle.
