St. Louis Residents Killed in Missouri Car Crash

On Saturday afternoon, a two-vehicle car accident claimed the lives of two individuals from St. Louis. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the traffic accident happened on Interstate 70 near Kingdom City, Missouri when a 64-year-old man was operating a 2003 Jaguar XK8 westbound on I-70 when he crossed the median and collided head-on with a 1998 Honda Civic at around 10 a.m. The impact was severe and the driver of the Jaguar was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash and his passenger, an 81-year-old woman, was airlifted to a Columbia hospital where she later died from her injuries. The driver of the Honda, a 24-year-old man, was transported to the hospital for serious injuries.
