Sadly in La Quinta, California a young child is recovering after being bitten on the face by a dog. Furthermore, thedog bite accident happened when a vicious dog attacked a 6-year-old boy at the 53-500 block of Avenida Ruibio on Wednesday.
In addition, when the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department arrived at the boys home, the dog had bitten him on the face and chin. The dog has since been identified as a pit bull mix, and is currently being quarantined.
In an unrelated dog bite accident, a 2-year-old boy was injured after he was bit on the face Wednesday afternoon. The dog bite accident happened in Cache, Oklahoma when a pit bull dog attached the child while he was in the care of a babysitter. When the dog attacked the young boy, the babysitter was outside getting something out of her vehicle. When she returned the babysitter saw the dog coming, and in an attempt to grab the child, the animal bit him on the left front of his face. The child was flown to a nearby hospital for treatment.
