Two Semi Trucks Crash Killing One in Indiana

|

Sadly in Dekalb County, Indiana one person is dead following afatal semi-truck crash accident. Furthermore, Tuesday morning on Interstate 69 near mile marker 327 a vehicle went off the east side of the road, and thus rolled onto its passenger side. As a result, a semi-truck that was hauling livestock that was behind another tractor trailer stopped because of the rollover accident.

Tragically both of those semi-trucks then collided and the tractor trailer hauling the livestock rolled onto a ditch. The other semi crashed into the median and burst into flames. The driver of the burning semi-truck sadly died at the scene.

The semi driver hauling the livestock was uninjured yet many of the cattle onboard were shot by authorities because they were badly injured. The crash closed the lanes on the interstate for hours while the scene was cleared.
