Pedestrian injured in North Carolina semi crash

Sadly, one person is injured following a crash with a tractor-trailer. Furthermore, 28-year-old, Joseph Scott was hurt in the crash that happened in Forsyth County, North Carolina on Wednesday night. In addition, the crash happened on Darrow Road/Hwy 158 when Scott was outside of his vehicle, and was attempting to push a broken down truck off the road.

Just then, 58-year-old, Roosevelt Anderson hit the back of the truck, and tragically Scott became pinned between both vehicles. Scott is currently in intensive care at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. At the time of the crash, Scott's girlfriend was behind the wheel of the truck, yet was uninjured in the crash. Likewise, Anderson was unharmed in the semi accident as well. Anderson was charged with failure to reduce speed in connection with the crash.
