Tragically, auto accidents that are caused by the recklessness and negligence of drivers occur thousands of times a year. While there are many drivers that operate their vehicles responsibly and follow traffic laws, there are thousands of drivers that disregard the rules and regulations pertaining to the road. Speeding, distracted driving, road rage, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol are all common examples of how negligent driving causes auto accidents.
