Tragically a driver has died following a horrific one-vehicle car accident, which took place in Merrimack, New Hampshire. In addition, a driver of a vehicle was killed after they hit a tollbooth on Everett Turnpike, and then burst into flames. The driver of the vehicle is yet to be identified.
Likewise, the Thursday afternoon car crash happened on the south side of the highway near exit 11. According to police they had received several calls about an erratic driver on the Everett Turnpike before that same vehicle rammed into the booth.
There was a tollbooth worker near the one that was struck, and luckily made it out without injuries. No other injuries were reported with the fatal car accident as well. The highway was shut down for hours because fire officials had to put the blaze out before cars could pass. The car crash is now under investigation.
