Wrong-Way Driver Causes Crash in St. Louis

An early Sunday morning
traffic accident resulted in the death of one individual and three others were injured.
According to authorities, the crash occurred at around 3:30 a.m. on Interstate
64. The investigation is ongoing but the initial results are that a driver
was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes when his vehicle collided
with another vehicle head-on. While police have not released the identities
of those involved, it is confirmed that one person was killed and that
three others were transported to the hospital by ambulance. Those injured
are in critical condition. The St. Louis Police Department has not concluded
why the driver was traveling in the wrong direction.
