Model Arrested for DUI Accident

A DUI accident led to the arrest of Supermodel Stephanie Seymour on Friday evening. According to authorities, Seymour was operating a Land Rover and exited Interstate 100 in Greenwich, Connecticut while under the influence of alcohol. As she reached the end of the off-ramp, Seymour reversed her vehicle and collided with a Mercedes Benz. The impact caused the Land Rover to overturn on its’ side. Police reports indicate that Seymour smelled of a strong odor of alcohol and she refused to complete any field sobriety tests. The responding officer requested Seymour’s driver’s license several times and she finally handed him her license and a credit card. She was arrested for unsafe backing and DUI and was released on a $500 bond. The accident is under investigation and Seymour’s court date is scheduled for February 2nd.
