Police Captain Charged with DUI After Crash

A DUI accident in Washington, D.C. resulted in the arrest of an off-duty police captain. The accident happened on Sunday night at approximately 9:40 p.m. when the captain rear-ended another vehicle near the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue SE and Interstate 295. The impact pushed the other vehicle into the path of a third vehicle and fortunately, there were no injuries sustained in the crash.
