A man is facing several charges after a DUI accident claimed the life of one and injured several others. The accident happened in Yolo County, California on Wednesday night. The 32-year-old male driver was operating a Ford Taurus when he collided with another vehicle that was stopped at a stop sign near the intersection of 2nd Street and Cantrill Drive. The Taurus contained the male driver, another adult, and four children, all of which were transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life treating injuries. Tragically, the driver of the other vehicle was killed in the crash. Police have charged the driver with vehicular manslaughter, child endangerment, and DUI.
