Boating Accident Results in One Death, One Person Still Missing

|

On Saturday morning, a boating accident claimed the life of one man and another remains unaccounted for. The accident happened in Argyle, Wisconsin when a group of men were on a fishing trip. Emergency crews received calls from witnesses claiming a boat had overturned near the dam on the Pecatonica River. Two men were rescued from the water and transported to the hospital and rescue crews worked throughout the day attempting to locate the missing boater unsuccessfully. Tragically, a 46-year-old man died after being taken to the hospital. Local authorities are continuing to investigate the accident, and they believe that high river levels caused strong currents that resulted in the accident.

Auto accidents include a wide array of vehicle types including motorcycles cars, trucks, and boats.
