Tragically, thousands of individuals are killed while performing their work-related duties. While some people hold jobs that place them at risk of suffering an injury or losing their life, the reality is that all workers are at risk of being involved in a workplace accident. Injured workers suffer a wide range of injuries including but not limited to injuries from blunt force trauma, falls, caught in/between machinery, and many other work-related injuries. Fortunately, there are laws to protect the rights of injured workers and the families of individuals killed in workplace accidents.
