Two Accidents Cause The Death Of Three People

|

On August 31, two different car accidents caused the death of three people, two of which were children in Robeson County, North Carolina. The first car accident occurred around 9 am when the driver of an Infinity SUV ran off the road, crossed the center line and collided headon with a Chevrolet pickup truck. The driver of the SUV and his one year old daughter were killed in the accident. The driver of the pickup truck was taken to a nearby hospital. The investigation is supporting the notion the accident may have occurred because the SUV hydroplaned.

The second accident occurred around 10:30, when the driver of a truck ran off the road then overcorrected and traveled off the road on the other side. The vehicle then struck a utility pole and overturned. Tragically, a three year old was killed in this accident and the mother was injured.

Car accidents involving minors have different application than motor vehicle accidents with adults. Accordingly it is important to discuss the rights of the minor with an experienced personal injury attorney.
