Single-Vehicle Crash Injures Two People

A single-vehicle car accident injured two people in Loma Linda, Missouri on Thursday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 23-year-old Timothy W. Scroggins was operating a vehicle along Loma Linda Lane in Newton County when he lost control of the vehicle resulting in the accident. The vehicle veered off the roadway along the left side, overturned, and collided with a tree. Scroggins was ejected from the vehicle during the crash resulting in serious injuries. Scroggins and his passenger, 23-year-old Kalley M. Creollo, were transported to the hospital for their injuries, and their current conditions are unknown. The accident is under investigation.
